District Statement: Support for the Fleury Family

Dear Orange School District Families and Staff,

Our entire school community is heartbroken as we stand with the Fleury family in the wake of the devastating fire on Mosswood Avenue here in Orange Township. This tragedy has shaken all of us, and we grieve deeply alongside the family during this unimaginable time.

In response, the district’s trauma-informed team will be available throughout the week to provide caring, compassionate support for our students and staff. The Orange Public School District remains unwavering in its commitment to surround the Fleury family with all the assistance and strength we can offer.

We ask our community to hold the Fleury family close in your hearts. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers as they cope with this profound loss.

Vision Statement 

It is the vision of the Orange Early Childhood Center to develop a diverse, inclusive, and respectful school community, honoring our diverse backgrounds. Our goal is to maximize the development of the whole child while using a comprehensive research-based curriculum aligned with the NJ Preschool Teaching and Learning Standards. We are committed to social justice and developing children’s advocacy and activism skills to be leaders of a more just and equitable world.
